FELDENKRAIS: MOVING, BREATHING, BEING

This series of Feldenkrais classes uses awareness, movement & breath to bring you back into the present moment. Increased sensory awareness helps you to experience yourself in new ways, becoming aware of your habitual patterns of tension & how you can change them. Through guided explorations you will learn how to access more of yourself, encouraging internal resilience, clarity, & balance of body & mind. The practice will enrich your ability to breathe & move more fully, helping you feel connected, present, & relaxed both during the class & in your daily life. Join us to deepen your practice regularly week by week, or drop-in for a one-off class.
