SENSING THE WILD: A Creative Residency
Join us Facilitator Kate Sagovsky & Expedition Leader Oliver Beardon for a week of sailing & outdoors movement in the wild landscapes of the Scottish isles. This is a unique opportunity to discover the transformative power of mindfulness & movement practices in an extraordinary environment, during a week in late May when the weather is often at its finest.
