TAI CHI MOVEMENTS FOR WELLBEING

Do you long for more balance & ease in your life? Join us to discover the benefits of practising Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW): a unique sequence of movements, specifically created to promote physical, psychological, & emotional wellbeing. Originating in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, & meditation practices, the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a series of slow, gentle movements. In each class you will be guided through different parts of this beautiful sequence, using simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Slowing down & bringing attention to your movement allows you to become present in the moment, entering into a state of relaxed alertness. Learn how to release yourself from stress & anxiety, by entering into a state in which you are centred, grounded, & balanced; breathing freely & sensing deeper into your connection with self. Discover how a calmer & more spacious state of being can be given space to emerge, both during the class & in your everyday life.

Join us if you:
>> would like to increase your stability & coordination, cultivating better balance & a more comfortable postural alignment
>> would like to improve your flexibility, circulation, & strength
>> are stressed, tired & anxious, & feel the need to calm your mind & soothe your nervous system
>> are seeking a regular embodied mindfulness practice which builds resilience to stress & strain

This series of lessons is:
>> accessible for all ages & abilities, including complete beginners
