This practice encourages sensory awareness & helps you feel more connected, present, & relaxed. These classes are designed to give you a deep experience of yourself through movement. This allows you to become sensitive to your own needs & processes, bringing a feeling of internal resilience, clarity, & balance. As we take the time to rediscover & reconnect with those parts of our body that have been neglected, we begin to experience a calm & peaceful sense of our whole integrated self. Join us regularly every week or drop-in for a one-off class.

This series of lessons is:
