SOMATIC WELLBEING FOR ALL

Just like any other positive habit, joy & laughter can be practised & brought into our lives by choice. This intergenerational online club helps you make time for embodying happiness in your life, & ensures that giving yourself some tender loving care is a weekly priority.

Flora's background in Craniosacral therapy & improvisation practices widen the scope of this session from Laughter Yoga as it is more traditionally offered, towards an emphasis on nurturing 'inner laughter' through a range of somatic practices. This includes cultivating gratitude; practising tuning-in to physical sensation & wellbeing using guided touch & imagery; as well as exploring playful movement improvisation scores.

All are welcome to this party. Whether you’re a busy parent or carer, a solo freelancer working from home, or a retiree looking to try new things, this weekly gathering brings us together for a much-needed dose of laughter, play, & community.

In each session you will be guided through fun, exploratory breathing, relaxation, mindful movement, & laughter exercises. These are simple to follow & can be done in exactly the way that feels possible & good for you & your body.

Come regularly to these weekly sessions to discover a deep appreciation of how a regular laughter & somatic wellbeing practice can help you cultivate your everyday happiness, & feel both embodied & empowered in your day-to-day life.
