YOGA: FLOW & RESTORE

Image in Cosmic Circle.jpg

Sarah’s signature style combines the movement & flow of Vinyasa with the deep relaxation of beginning & ending in Restorative Poses. She pays close attention to the people in the class & brings her expertise to give personal, individualised feedback & adjustments. This approach creates a warm, interactive environment where you can feel safely-guided in your practice, connected to others in a joint learning experience, & confident in the knowledge that you will learn something new. The flowing yoga is taught with options to keep it gentle or create some heat; the Restorative Poses are taught with attention to detail so that you can experience the deepest relaxation. This brings all the benefits of a balanced yoga practice through which you can influence your nervous system in a positive way, lessen stress & anxiety through mindful breathing, & connect to the pleasure of moving.

Join us if you:
>> are seeking an interactive yoga class where you will receive individual, personalised feedback & guidance.
>> want specific & detailed teaching that draws on anatomical detail to carefully guide alignment & sensory experience.
>> would like to be part of a friendly community where you can learn something new each lesson, & actively deepen into & develop your practice.
>> are disillusioned with movement forms that ask you to push harder & ignore the signals of your body; & would like to discover a different way to move with curiosity, self-kindness, & a focus on present experience rather than future goals or ideals.

This series of lessons is:
>> best suited to people who have some prior experience of yoga (any form) &/or have experience of other movement practices.
>> suitable for those who need a focussed yet gentle pathway back into their movement practice after recovery from illness, injury, giving birth, or a period of life with little or no movement.
>> open to people to book as a series of classes, or to drop in for a one-off lesson.
