Slow repetitions of specific small physical movements shift you from alert activity into a state of profound relaxation. Learn these simple, effective techniques that you can apply yourself to gain natural, restful sleep on every night of the week. This class is based on relaxation methods & the Sounder Sleep System: a proven methodology for helping you achieve the sleep you need when you need it.
