Discover the magic of the Feldenkrais Method through this series of hand-picked lessons. In this warm & welcoming class Ben will introduce you to all his favourites: he will guide you through juicy lessons that use mindful movement explorations to surprise, delight, release, & connect. These are lessons where you can look forward to standing up at the end of a class, & really feeling the difference. Discover how slowing down & bringing your awareness to physical sensations can enable you to move, breathe, & live your life more fully & with greater ease. Come & join this friendly online group who gather from across the world to experience the deep power of transformation through each weekly, hour-long journey of self-discovery. Beginners & more experienced movers both very welcome.
