Learn how you can make new choices to dissolve limiting beliefs & develop more ease, range, & fluidity when you move. Together we will use moving with awareness to gain knowledge of ourselves, access our full potential, & step out of negative habits of tension, imbalance, & pain. Surprise yourself by what becomes possible for you when you use movement as an enquiry. Feel yourself grow in confidence as you gain insight into - & acceptance of -your whole self.
